“Dr Gaylis extremely knowledgeable! I googled top 10 rheumatologist in country and he came up. He happened to be located about 35 miles from my location. He jumped right on my symptoms and stared his impressive work up. I have other tests to do throughout the next couple weeks and told me he’d have a plan for me within those 2 weeks! No Dr has ever done such extensive work. I’m highly impressed and highly recommend him.”

“It was clear from the first appointment that Dr. Gaylis really does care about his patients.

Not only that, he knows what he’s doing… which sounds silly, but he really did make a great impression and was very communicative and informative.

The staff here are also so kind and understanding, the infusion department, especially. I was really nervous and feeling so cruddy, but the nurses created such a calm and comfortable environment that it ended up being far less intimidating than I expected. They made sure I was comfortable and checked in all the time, which meant a lot. The nurse Ryan is especially a superstar she has been incredible each and every visit.

The only downside I’ve experienced is the appointments feel rushed and paperwork is a bit of a hot potato, it gets passed around and no one wants to do it.

I had a great visit today at Infusion & Immunotherapy of South Florida (09/03/25). Cherri, Kristina and Natasha helped me today. They are all WONDERFUL! The infusion experience at AARDS is a safe haven.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and all the staff are amazing!!! I love Cherri she gives me comfort she makes you feel like family , I love Kristina she gives me the chit chat I need she is wonderful, I love Natasha she sets the tone when you enter and always makes you feel loved and welcome, Norma and Vivi are the friends that you need that couldn’t come with you too the office. During your visits it’s calm and pleasant you don’t feel like your in a doctors office it’s feels like your with people that actually care about you!!!!!
