Dr. Epstein is a board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He completed his training at Nassau County Medical Center, N.Y. in 1990 and has been in practice for 30 years in Miami. He was the medical director of the Department of Rehabilitation at Parkway Regional and Aventura Hospitals as well as the Easter Seals Society of Dade County.
Dr. Tiffany Laitano, M.D., is a board-certified rheumatologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care for patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. With a strong clinical background and a patient-first approach, she focuses on helping individuals achieve long-term health and improved quality of life.
Jacqueline Baikovitz, MD, MPH, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and
Rheumatologist. She is originally from South Florida and is grateful to serve the community she
grew up in. She completed her medical training at the University of Miami Miller School of
Medicine, where she earned both her Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees.

Julie Keegan Strosser PA-C is a board certified physician assistant with a special interest in Rheumatology. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Arcadia University, graduating magna cum laude with Departmental Honors, having been on the Dean’s Distinguished or Dean’s Honor List all semesters.
Natasha Morejon is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2015; she has been
providing patient care in the areas of Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, Geriatrics, and
Women’s Health. She has over 20 years of Critical Care Nursing experience and completed her
Master’s Degree at Barry University in Miami.

Joanne Sagliani is a certified clinical research coordinator who has worked at Arthritis & Rheumatic Disease Specialties for the past 29 years. She has had many years of research experience working on Phase II-Phase IV clinical trials in the areas of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, SLE, AS, Sjogren’s Syndrome, Gout, Osteoporosis, and Osteoarthritis.
