Ronald Yglesias, M.D.
BOARD-CERTIFIED IN INTERNAL MEDICINE
SPECIALIZING IN RHEUMATOLOGY
Board-certified in internal medicine and fellowship-trained in rheumatology, Dr. Yglesias completed his internal medicine residency at AtlantiCare-Geisinger, where he served as Chief Resident, and his rheumatology fellowship at Drexel University. Born in Cuba and raised in Miami, he returned to serve his hometown community. He participates as a sub-investigator in AARDS clinical trials and is fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational Portuguese.

Bryce E. Epstein, M.D.
PHYSICAL MEDICINE & REHABILITATION
Dr. Epstein is a board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He completed his training at Nassau County Medical Center in New York in 1990 and has practiced in Miami for more than 30 years. He previously served as Medical Director of Rehabilitation at Parkway Regional Hospital and Aventura Hospital, as well as the Easter Seals Society of Dade County.

Tiffany Laitano, M.D.
BOARD-CERTIFIED IN INTERNAL MEDECINE AND RHEUMATOLOGY
She earned her medical degree from Ross University, completed her internal medicine training at Riverside Community Hospital, and completed her rheumatology fellowship at the USF Morsani College of Medicine. Dr. Laitano is a bilingual English/Spanish rheumatologist with prior clinical experience practicing in Southwest Florida. A South Florida native, she is happy to have returned home to care for patients in her community. She specializes in the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, and gout, with a compassionate and comprehensive approach to care.

Jacqueline Baikovitz, M.D., M.P.H.
BOARD-CERTIFIED IN INTERNAL MEDICINE
SPECIALIZING IN RHEUMATOLOGY
Dr. Baikovitz earned her M.D. and M.P.H. from the University of Miami, completed her internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic, and completed her rheumatology fellowship at Emory University. Her expertise includes inflammatory arthritis, lupus, scleroderma, myositis, vasculitis, infusion therapy, and ultrasound-guided procedures. Fluent in English and Spanish, she combines research, education, and personalized multidisciplinary care.

Julie Keegan Strosser, PA-C, MMS
BOARD-CERTIFIED PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Julie Keegan Strosser is a board-certified physician assistant with advanced rheumatology training. She joined AARDS in 2015 after five years of comprehensive primary care in Pennsylvania. She earned her bachelor’s and Master of Medical Science degrees from Arcadia University, completing the Physician Assistant Program with distinction. She focuses on compassionate care, patient education, and helping patients understand complex treatment plans.
